We advise clients regarding business entities; for example, we recommend choosing and forming the appropriate entity (corporation, partnership, LLC, etc.) for your business—including drafting necessary documents (Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreements, Bylaws) and we assist with administration, maintenance, and compliance. We also assist with collection matters, such as obtaining and enforcing judgments, mechanic’s and materialman’s liens, garnishments, etc.
In addition, we advise clients in matters related to immigration law, real estate, estate planning (wills & trusts), and family law matters (divorce, guardianship, paternity). We also draft contracts and other agreements and provisions for existing contracts, for example, non-compete clauses, non-disclosure clauses, and settlement agreements and releases. |
